Palak Paneer is cooked with spinach and spices in this creamy and flavorful curry. Madras Curry Palak Paneer is infused with Indian Spices. It pairs well with naan, paratha, or jeera rice.

Ingredients Palak Leaves - 200 grams Paneer - 200 grams To Make Masala oil - 2 Tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp Onion - 1 No. Chopped Green Chili - 3 Nos Tomato - 2 nos chopped Garlic - 4-6 Cloves Ginger- one inch To Make Palak Paneer oil - 2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder - 1 Tsp Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp Garam Masala - 1 Tsp Water - 1 Cup Salt - to taste Paneer - 200 Gms Method: To Blanch Spinach Boil a pot of water Add the spinach leaves to the boiling water Let it boil for 2 to 3 mins and strain the Spinach leaves and keep it aside Palak/ Spinach Paneer Heat a pan with some oil, add cumin seeds and roast them Add onions, green chilies, ginger, garlic and saute them Add tomatoes and cook well Cool the mixture and add it to a mixer jar Add the spinach leaves along with the onion, tomato mixture and grind everything together Heat the same pan with some oil, add all the spice powders and saute Add the ground mixture, add some water, salt and let it come to a boil After about 5 mins, add the paneer pieces and close and cook it for another 5 mins Garnish it with fresh cream and serve hot.
